Retainer is 25% of the total hours booked and is due upon booking. Retainer is non-refundable for any reason.

This is for any event: Baby Shower, Birthday Party, Wedding Shower, Retirement Party, Going-Away Party and so much more!

Contact us to discuss the details of your event. We will travel outside the Oklahoma City Metro, but it will need to be discussed prior to booking.

Full payment is due on or before the date of your session.

By purchasing, you are agreeing to all the terms above.

Important Session Information:

All sessions require a non-refundable retainer. Your session will not be scheduled until this is paid. Once paid, this will hold your date and time on the schedule; it will not be reimbursed for any reason. You will need to email me at kacielongphotos@gmail.com when you are ready to pay your retainer and schedule your session.

The remaining and final balance is due on or before the day of your session. The session will still take place, but your images will not be opened or edited until the final balance is paid in full. Thank you for understanding!

The link you receive is not permanent storage. You will need to download the images and save them to your own device(s). There is a $50 fee to pull any images from archives.
