Important Session Information:

All sessions require a non-refundable retainer (Retainer for each session is listed under pricing + portfolio). Your session will not be scheduled until this is paid. Once paid, this will hold your date and time on the schedule; it will not be reimbursed for any reason. You will need to email me at kacielongphotos@gmail.com when you are ready to schedule your session.

The remaining and final balance is due on or before the day of your session. The session will still take place, but your images will not be opened or edited until the final balance is paid in full. Thank you for understanding!

The link you receive is not permanent storage. You will need to download the images and save them to your own device(s). There is a $50 fee to pull any images from archives.

Newborn: Posed vs Lifestyle:

Posed: This session will focus on your sweet new babe. I will pose your babe in different wraps and props. I will provide all items needed for this session. If time allows, we will try to get a few shots with mom, dad and/or siblings. You are welcome to bring a few personal items if you'd like.

Lifestyle: This session will focus on your sweet new baby with his/her family. There will be light posing and prompts but these are going to focus on natural family connections.

If you have multiples, there is a $150 add on per additional baby.

These are scheduled Monday-Friday at 10:00am, 12:00pm or 2:00pm.

Cake Smash:

Smash cake or alternative will NOT be provided due to unknown allergies. You will need to purchase your own.

This session will come with (2) backdrops of your choice; options will be sent upon booking. You may use (2) outfits if desired, not provided. There is a client closet if you would like to see what is available. If you choose to use a client closet outfit, it will only be used for pictures without a smash cake or alternative. This session will only allow time for your birthday babe!

You do not have to use a cake. You can use alternative option or just get 1st Birthday pictures taken.

Senior:

For any of these sessions, feel free to bring a cap, gown, letterman jacket or other accessories (band, sports, performing arts, etc) at no extra charge. Message me to discuss which option will be best for your senior!
